Angela Stevenson was the first “Horton’s mom” to be hired by Horton’s Kids as a part-time tutor assistant. She has been the voice of Wellington Park for several years, bringing the needs and concerns of the neighborhood to our attention and making sure all the children are taken care of. Angela is a graduate of the DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Company’s “Advancing Youth Development” class and their specialized supervisor’s training course.
